Part-time Lead Server

ImmanuelCommunitiesis seeking aPart-time Lead Server IIto work atArboretum Village, located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Omaha, NE 68114.Arboretum Village has 145 independent living apartment homes. Minimum age of 19 is required for this role. Scheduled shifts will be 10:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday, with some 4:00pm-7:00pm evening shifts possible and occasional weekends during special events. Some holidays will be required. The average schedule will be around 20 hours a week.

This position will payup to$18.31/hour.Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community. Some dishwashing and bartending/serving alcohol beverages.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Some bartending experience is preferred.

Minimum age of 19 years old required.
