Position Summary
The Business Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities and supporting our partners through accurate quoting, renewals, and solution recommendations. This role is detail-oriented and process-driven, working closely with account management, engineering, and operations to ensure partners receive timely, accurate, and professional sales support. We advocate for our partners to ensure they purchase the right solutions at a reasonable cost while also focusing on our internal goals.
What You Will Do
• Manage inbound sales requests including software, hardware, licensing, renewals, and project-related sales support.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals.
• Register deals and take advantage of vendor programs to get the best deal possible
• Collaborate with vendors and key contacts to organize meetings for partners
• Process renewals and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
• Communicate pricing, timelines, and solution details to partners.
• Maintain accurate records in PSA, CRM, and quoting systems.
• Follow repeatable sales and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineers.
• Continually organize and prioritize multiple requests.
• Learn and stay current on Bytes solutions and vendors.
