Postdoctoral Research Associate

Postdoctoral Research Associate focused on development of bioelectric systems for wound healing and drug delivery with special emphasis on device design, fabrication and validation using in vitro and in vivo models. We are particularly interested in hiring investigators who have expertise and experience in biomedical device development, bioelectricity, cell migration studies, skin or corneal wound healing, and/or cell and animal studies. Successful candidate will have a track record demonstrating strong motivation and productivity. Our projects are currently funded by NIH, Nebraska DHHS, and intramural pilot grants. We ensure that postdoctoral fellows will acquire sufficient multidisciplinary training to achieve their career goals.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in related fields, excellent oral communication and scientific writing skills, and the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in various projects.Â
