The Role:

LMS Configuration and Maintenance (30%):
  • Setting up and configuring the LMS to meet the organization's specific needs.
  • Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Maintaining learning module and learn plan auto enrollments.
  • Ensuring system integrity, security, and performance.
  • Performing regular system updates and upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to users.
Content Management (35%):
  • Uploading, organizing, and maintaining learning materials and courses.
  • Ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly.
  • Creating and managing course catalogs.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and best practices for leveraging the LMS.
Reporting and Analytics (10%):
  • Generating and analyzing reports to track learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness.
  • Identifying trends and insights to improve the learning experience.
Collaboration and Communication (15%):
  • Collaborating with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing training and support to users.
  • Serving as a liaison between the organization and the LMS vendor.
Other Potential Responsibilities (10%):
  • Designing learning paths and curricula.
  • Integrating the LMS with other systems.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest LMS trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • LMS Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of the LMS platform, including its functionality, database management, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Content Management: Ability to organize, upload, and manage educational content within the LMS.
  • User Management: Skill in managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Adept at identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Database Management: Knowledge of databases and SQL can be helpful.
  • Web Accessibility and Compliance: Understanding of web accessibility and compliance standards
  • Integration Skills: Ability to integrate the LMS with other systems and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, instructional design, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Practical experience in e-learning, systems administration, or technical support can be valuable.

Travel Frequency: 0-10%

Estimated Salary Range: $64,000 - $80,000

The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
