The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a part-time Corporate Administrative Assistant (Human Resources) to work a hybrid remote schedule of approximately 25-35 hours per week based out of our downtown Tempe, AZ office.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR onboarding activities, including data entry of new hires into electronic databases
- Maintain personnel records and ensure database systems are accurately updated
- Assist with processing employment changes for staff members including pay changes, position changes, and transfers
- Assist with federal reporting and notice requirements
- Assist with safety-related responsibilities including maintaining safety databases, coordinating safety trainings, workers compensation claims, and supporting the firm's safety program
- Provide administrative support for office staff including parking registration and access badges
- Use design software such as Adobe InDesign to create and order branded items including business cards
- Assist with various HR functions as needed throughout the year including recruiting, benefits, and special projects
- Word processing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
Depending on the selected candidate's interest and abilities, position has potential to be full-time with added responsibilities including:
- Assisting Marketing and Proposal team with administrative marketing tasks including coordinating conferences and trade shows, data entry of project leads into internal database, assisting with the firm social media, and more
- Providing graphics, writing, and other administrative support to our other corporate functions
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Accounting.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High level of organization and attention to detail is essential
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently prioritize workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and other electronic database systems
- Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in a sensitive or confidential setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Strong math/quantitative skills and aptitude for spreadsheets and reports.
- Graphic design skills or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
