Starting asap, ongoing until a w2 is hired
PRN coverage
Physician call coverage these are 24 hour shifts weekdays they work the day then are on call for the overnight. Weekends it's 24 hour shifts. During the call portion it is unrestricted with a 30 minute response time.

Level 3 facility
Supervison- no more than 3 CRNA's at a time
